#2 Why is this crap happening in Europe all the time? I can't remember the last time I heard of a reg exploding at a US game or tourney. The last incident I remember hearing about was the CO2 bottle fatality.
Edit: Something looks odd. Does the draxxus reg use holes on the screw in part to vent air if the reg unscrews? I know that the Myth uses channels, not holes to vent the air. I'd think holes would weaken the strength of the part, leading to possible failures like the one pictured. |
