| I'd say about 75% of all fiber-wrapped HPA tanks in Europe are Stako's. Also note that so far, no Stako tank itself has failed, it's always been the regs.
And I'm pretty sure Draxxus regs are sold separately over here, or maybe they come on Stako tanks sometimes. Either way, there have been replies by other people saying things like "I bought a Draxxus reg last week too, I'm getting scared now!", so I'm fairly sure they can be bought here.
Also, the dent in the reg (and yellow plastic thread cover) might also be the result of the reg hitting the wall like he described.
