| It looks like it was DEFINITELY over torqued... also, have any of you seen the episode of myth busters where they shear off the valve on a scuba tank and it goes through the cement wall?
wouldnt the TANK be the missle moreso than the reg in this case?
how about pics of the wall damage, and any other damage to the tank? better closeups of the reg and parts as well would be great.
