Rainmaker conversions work like Vectors, with fully pneumatic triggers.

At one point, I had mine converted to pneumatic, then pump.

A fully pneumatic conversion can be done extremely cheaply, using only a left-over cocker 3-way valve, rigged to the trigger. Thats not ideal though. Most conversions use a Clippard valve, with some sort of linkage.
Still extremely cheap for an insanely fast mech gun.

Rainman did my pump conversion. As I remember, he:
1- Made a custom front plug, to adapt the pump to the bolt carrier.
2- Made a custom trigger/grip
3- Remove the sear pin.
