If you really feel that PbN has broken the law, then contact the authorities. Of course unless you have proof to backup the statements you could be opening yourself up to slander.
Running around with a "he said, she said" circular argument does nothing but increase tensions over here.
Can anyone prove that porn was posted there? I don't care about scantily clad women that's not porn, was porn posted on the site directly and left floating around? It seems that's not true.
No sure children soliciting pron from members is a no no, but PbN has taken action against that. Sure you may not like the action they took but it was probably enough to protect them from a lawsuit.
Really no one forces you to type PbN's web address and go there. If you don't like the place just stop going. Stop talking about about, stop gossiping about it, let it go.
It's really not that hard.
