The only problem with that is that you'd be removing the hose or fitting from the dummy every time you wanted to swap, which could lead to stripped threads. A better solution (functionally, not aesthetically) would be to cut a 12-gram dropout slot. That way, you'd just loosen the changer, pop out the 12-gram and insert the dummy.
