| That exact same thing happened to me a little over a year ago. My dremel one day just stopped working. Just up and stopped. I figured just a dead battery, so I put it on the charger, but it still would not go. So I called up dremel and I sent mine in and they sent me a brand new one with another attachment and an apology note. I am not sure if it was hand signed or not, can't remember, but they have consistently good customer service apparently.
