Worst part of constant reinsertion is when the enemy just puts their foot on the base and lets you lite them up while unloading upon you. They are technically in still since they are touching the base and you have the long walk all the way back across the field to touch your base. I personally dislike constant insertion. The game ends up degenerating and becomes about which general can keep more players on the field then running missions.
