So stircrazzzy, what ever happened with the MacBook? I just ordered one from Aafes.com, and saw the same distributor... wondered who the heck they were and googled my way to your post.
Doesn't sound good, I hope you ended up getting your computer, or at least getting your money back without too much trouble.
Incidentally the aafes.com site now says the MacBooks ship within two weeks, arrive a week after that. I can't argue against the price (on sale, cheaper than even the federal employee price, and no tax/shipping) but I'd hate to be wondering what happened for that long. |
