KP2 Assembly (hammer won't fit in)

I just received a KP in the mail, and for some reason it was completely disassembled before it was shipped. Valve was left in, but everything else was removed. I got the pringle screw in (man that's a challenge), attached the washer and the lug.

Couple of issues:

1. The lug is too short to attach to the stock. They lug and the screw don't even touch. The pringle screw is flush or oriented properly, and I'm using the washer. I'm guessing I just have to buy a longer mounting screw. Anyone know the threads? My only other thought is to put another washer in, but that will probably only give me a max of 1/8" threaded which doesn't seem like nearly enough.

2. The hammer won't fit in. It has what looks to be a pressed fitting that sticks out slightly from the hammer OD. It won't fit inside the lower tube. The fitting would stick up towards the bolt. The hammers also not radially symetric (bottom is flat, top is round with this fitting), I thought all KP hammers were? (see attached picture)

3. The lug that sticks down from the bolt looks like it's broken off still in the bolt. I also have what looks to be a broken lug as well (see attached pictures).

Thanks guys, I might just be out to lunch, but I cannot figure this out.
