Comfy is in the hand of the beholder. The standard Sheridan-style grip is a bit thinner, and mated with the PMI rubber grips make a very, very comfortable grip for me. But if you've got big hands or long fingers, you might find the 45 frame to be more comfortable. The best thing to do is try to handle one of each and see which is a better fit to your hand.
