| Not to jump on your choice... but Look at some other options first. Almost any applicant from the AIP has been useless for our company. Dont know if that counts for their culinary program, but given the rest of the school... yeah, you might want to invest a tad bit more in your future.
Call up some places you would want to work / own, and ask them where they would hire from / got to school.
