Thats a fine Idea hvac man, but wouldn't that involve lots of really delicate lathe work? I have trouble getting a 4in section down to 1/8th inch.. I cant imagine a 7-8in peice..
maybe a little lock collet on the right side pumparm, that would act exactly like what your suggesting?
