| Valid. Hmmm (begrudgingly) good point tarakian... the selling company carries the responsibility of ensuring a legit transaction. If AAFES accepts the services of a distributor, they accept the costs and benefits of working with that distributor. They still end up with their name on top of the transaction, up to us to tell them it's a bad partnership (if necessary).
Whether stircrazzzy's complaints got AAFES to get better service from Ingram Micro, or this was an isolated delivery problem, we may never know. For anyone who may go the same route as stircrazzzy and I... I never got a tracking number, but received the laptop via FedEx from Ingram Micro today (6 days after ordering). Batting .500 so far...
