Definitely true, especially considering that you're probably going to be pointing that potential rocket at someone. I'm only going to put one or two washers in my P68, and I'll probably test it to make sure that the entire powerlet would vent before I could entirely unscrew the changer. Still, good point to make, can't be too careful.
