If the cable company set a password, then you have a right to know what it is. If you don't feel like asking them, you may find it
here. if you can't find it there, then call them. You're the customer, dammit, and unless their ToS specifically prohibits enabling port forwarding on the router, you have every right to do it, and you need the password to do it.
