With regard to Nerfs, I used to let anyone use them as they weren't as common as they are now.
However, after the Dredd game, our latest version of the " Official Viper Scenario Rules" requires that users of Nerf launchers must have a "Heavy Weapons Specialist" MOS card. These are limited just like medics, snipers, etc...and assigned by the commander. | Hey Viper I know...
