I just got in a handfull of pump's levers and cams and whet to my original wgp pot metal hinge. the cam is a bit fat for these frames - so I drilled the frame's safety hole out w/ a 13/64 bit, and cleaned up the guts a bit - and bingo. 20-30 minutes tops.
a small metal washer serves a spacer between the pump arm and lever.
I also tried it quickly out on a dye single hinge -- this really would be a piece of cake. just drops right in.
