For the PS3, is it used? Did the previous owner have it set up to run HDMI? That could be why. You have to tell the PS3 to work on HDMI output. So if it is configured for that, it won't be outputting signal over normal component and audio cables, only the HDMI. I know cause my friend couldn't get it to use the HDMI cable he bought, only worked on the component and AV cables. Once he told the system to output HDMI, then it worked fine. |
