You know, its pretty hard to track down all the emails and whatnot from 2003 on....

If you followed those instructions - You'll get your gear back. Maybe not completely fixed, maybe not completely working, but you'll get it back. After you file both claims, be sure to stay in comms with Officer Papke. All you have to point out is that:
He's had the project for years
You have paid, and received neither your gear nor communication

See, he HAS to reply to her emails. He also won't give her som BS excuse either.
