Some PPV Questions and Help...

I have wanted to make the journey to EMR and meet all you East Coast guys for a while now and it looks like I will finally have the opportunity to make it out for PPV since I have plans for the following week in New York City.

I am trying to figure out my plan tickets now. It would be easier for me to fly into New York City (JFK) but after I posted in the PPV thread Darkstar suggested I look into Binghamton.

I have a ton of questions though and any help would be appreciated:

Would it be easier for me to mail my guns (houndstooth and superstocker) or take them in my luggage? I saw a thread about taking them in your luggage (obviously not carry on) somewhere but not really sure if I want to try it. Also, any volunteers to be on the receiving end if I do mail them? I am thinking that sending would be better so i could send a small tank along with the guns.

Bunkhouses? What are the rules with these? I will have a sleeping bag so I could crash on the ground, would there be room for me somewhere? What are the fees associated with them?

When should I try to fly in? I want to try to get in as much playing in all three days as possible, so should I try and fly in on the 31st or the 1st? Are people playing on Friday? When does everyone show up? If I came in on the 31 could I stay the night in a bunkhouse?

Pre Reg? Is this just on the EMR page or do I try to do a group reg with some of you guys?

Rides? Is there anyone coming or going to New York for either the way there or the way back? I am not totally sure whether I will come from Binghamton or NYC but I will definitely be heading to New York on the way back. I could help with gas and snacks for either.

12 grams? Can I pick up 12 grams at EMR?

Anyways, I am sure I will have more questions when I reread this tomorrow again.
Thanks everyone!
