This reminds me of a movie I saw a couple years ago. A popular comedian ran for president, and once in office he and some buddies went pbing with his secret service guys. Anyway, lots of them were running around without hoppers and were shooting people out.

I guess they were on a budget. There was also a NYCSI that had pballers that had lasers on their autocockers...
EDIT: The hits on the chef girl look like powder, not paint.
