| Sad thing is do those kids even know they hit the baby? Sounds like they were out being punk kids. They may not even know they actually hit the baby. Could have thought that it was just another parked car. Then again maybe they do. I don't feel bad for the little punks. It is just a matter of time. You don't need an eyewitness for this.
