Unhappy blazer malfunction!

Ack. problems with my primary marker. had to break out an electro as a back up! Sad days indeed.

Anyhow, here's my problem. curious if anyone else has experienced this:

Last weekend my blazer started short stroking and then wouldn't fire. turned up the lpr and problem solved.

This most recent weekend, cleaning off my blazer so i removed the grip frame (done it a thousand times), and when i put it back together it won't fire. won't even cock! Fast forward to several hours later . . . here is my summary:

I am positive everything went back the way i found it, after all, the only thing that came out was the little rod that trips the 4 way. If i air up the gun with the grip frame off, i can use the little rod to fire the gun. put back together it wouldn't do it. When i opened the frame and pulled the toggle (instead of using the trigger, and the toggle is unrestrained by the piano wire contacting the trigger) it will fire but requires a much greater arc than is allowed when connected to the piano wire. I went through the basic steps: 1. backed out lpr screw. aired up marker and held trigger down, then screwed in lpr screw until bolt is 100% back (it backs up in increments), i then go an extra quarter turn, and commence firing. seems to work fine except for the fact that it seems to fire with the bolt back, so it double feeds and fires 2 balls out the barrel. unfortunately, this only lasts about 20 shots before it seizes up and will no longer fire. I then have to unscrew the tank and start all over again because once it seizes up, backing out the lpr screw and screwing it back in do nothing.

Any suggestions?

Now pics of my disassembly!
