This pertains to barrel tags. Well i have been asked how we handle the player that said i have the right to yell hit when i am out. Rules are set by the promoter of the event so players can read them before the game, are they set in stone yes and no. As a reffing staff we can talk to the promoter before the game starts and ask him/her to add or remove a rule before game orientation. When it comes to barrel tags it takes a lot of skill for the player to get close to another player or even enter an enemy base and to have players yelling out I AM HIT is just not right, how would you feel if it happens to you.So we ask the promoter to add in the rules before the game that it is unsportsman like and a hole punch will be given to the player. Personally i think it should be the rule in every scenario game. Hope i answered your question and did not boar you all.
