You see it come up from time to time but pretty much the answer is no, unless you want to fork out $500k to get a paint manufacturer to do a run. There have been a couple failed attempts to get small paint companies to make it in the past year or two on here, but the company tends to go bankrupt before it ever happens.
It's possible to convert these to shoot .50 cal paint which is readily available. You basically need to have a press-fit sleeve (.625 OD tubing turned down to fit, and .50 ID flexhoned out with a 50 cal handgun flexhone or 1/2" brake hone) made for the barrel, and mini-sleeves made for the clips (or alternately you can try to get new clips made by a plastic molder or someone with a CnC mill, but that's more expensive). I had planned to convert this one, but I just have too damn many project guns right now and bought an SMG-68 so I figured I'd let this go.
