The nature of the thread is that everyone posts ONCE and edits that post to update needs/wants/gifts. It's not a thread that stays at the top due to
new posts as per:

If only "X" amount of people post and that's all that participates then the thread can fall away even though it's still being utilized. A sticky IS warranted in this case.
