Yeah, when I went down to Pennsylvania in the summer and I ordered a double double at Dunkin donuts they just stared at me like I had 4 heads, then I said 2 sugar 2 cream and they said, ohhh! you mean an extra extra, then I looked at them like they had 5 heads... it was pretty funny.
