John was great!
I bought a MicroMag RT valve from him. When it arrived the box was empty! There was a note from the Post Office appologizing for damage during shipping.
I contacted John about the situation to see if he had insurance on it. He didn't but promptly offered to reimburse me for the lost valve.
I had described the valve to the PO and provided them with a picture. Luckily they found the mainpart of the valve the next day
BUT the bolt/spring were still lost
I suggested if it doesn't turn up we split the cost of a new one. Again John was a total champ and offered to send me a spare of his.
We decided to wait a week and see if it turned up. Kudos to the PO they did recover it, and I'll be rockin the below Micro RT Style this wkend http://scottburkhart.com/pb/minimicro1.JPG
