Usually a first stage dive reg will have both low and high pressure ports. The low pressure ports are typically around 125psi, and the high pressure ports are unregulated. Depending on the reg, some have an adjustable intermediate pressure (low pressure) from 0 to 150 psi, some are fixed. It might be possible to have a dive first stage set to have a higher low pressure output, depending on the reg.
