68 carbine and procarbine are almost identical. they operate identically to each other. A 68 carbine has the site rail along the entire body, and the feedneck slides onto the siterail. On the procarb, the siterail was milled off in front of the ballport(like the prolite) so the foregrip/feedneck could slide on. Besides that and the writing, they were identical.

Some early 68 carbines had a different valve, they're generally the ones with the hardline instead of the ss braided lines.
