In my opinion just as reliable.
I had to be very careful at tourneys with refs around mine was very fast and got checked for ramping at nearly every tourny I had it at. Never had a penalty but refs were always suspicious.
I have owned Vikings and cyborgs and love them both to death if you like your viks you will like the cyborg just as much
