Found myself in the same boat as DSA. Full disclosure: received zero communication from Noxx, with whom I'd transacted; was instead apparently supposed to work with someone unfamiliar with the pre-order details so that he could help Noxx get organized;
however I had no trouble selling my pre-order for what I paid for it (and had DSA wanted to, he could have taken advantage of the same deal), so be aware that there are still plenty of people who support and have faith in this guy's work. I don't happen to be one of them, but a fair review should make note of the fact that others do.
