The customer service is pretty decent if you get on them about it...I couldn't get my printer to work for my shipping label so they sent me a box, packing supplies and a shipping label..all I had to do was pack it up and take it to ups...2 weeks later its back, fully repaired, with a free month of x-box live gold membership and a renewed warranty.
