Regular valve as is a Classic valve? I don't think the ULT will work. The Lv 10 will work fine though.

ult will work with some slight modification to the valve. Something about milling the on/off depth deeper???

Level 10 will work fine - no problems other than the usual tuning.

The ULT isn't recommended for Classic Valves, but it will work. The main issue is it makes short stroking the trigger VERY easy. No milling is required, but you usually need a good bit of shims.

My advice - if you want to lighten the pull with a Classic Valve, get a RT On/Off. They work fine and drop the pull from 4lbs to 2-2.5lbs.

I would have to state that I would not to a ULT in a classic valve. I have done it and wasn't happy with the results. Yes it was light, but shootdown and the recharge rate was horrible. Do as Dewok82 mentioned, get an RT on/off to get a lighter pull.

The rt on-off made the trigger on my minimag sooooo much lighter. I love it! It really does make a huge huge difference. And to make it more reactive, get a rt on-off (.745 pin) and add some ULT shims to it so I've heard.

Can you get reactivity on a classic valve?

Very interesting info as far as the rt on/off part. How much do those typically go for?

On a classic valve the pin is reset by the regulated pressure, whereas on the RT Valve straight tank pressure resets the pin. So while you do get much smoother operation with the RT on/off in the classic valve, the pressure isn't really enough to get that force-full reset you get with the RT valve.
