Is there enough meat on a rail to have a pocket milled, large enough to hold a small board? I'm tossing around an idea for an E-pneumag conversion. My other question is whether or not a non-AGD frame can be used on a Classic rail - and do I need the field-strip screw? Or can I use an appropriate stainless screw? And what's the width of the actuator? I'm thinking about using a BKO frame and electronics to make a E-pneumag, but I don't have all the parts in front of me to check - namely a Mag.

I'm making a electro version of a pneumag, using BKO guts (board, solenoid, etc).... if I can fit the board somewhere. Thanks for the links.

Looks like there won't be enough room for the board. Back to the drawing board, then!

Standard BKO board? I think they would be a tad big to stuff into a classic rail. The VaporWorks Chaos board on the other hand... -curtis

Thanks for the tips, guys. One other question - what kind of pressure do you think is needed to trip the sear? I'm looking at a really small solenoid on ASP's site, but it maxes at just over 70 psi, and I'm thinking that's not going to be enough for the actuator.

Another idea is to make a new rail to your liking to fit everything you need into it or to it.
