But before you pull the trigger do you have the gap between the trigger rod and trigger? If not thats where the full auto is coming from I would expect.

do you have the yellow battery plug pulled out of the battery when you are firing it or is it installed in the battery when this is happening? If you have that plug out you could be firing in hybrid mode possibly.

No plug is in. Don't have a charger so I was saving the battery for as long as I could. Haven't had a chance to play with the Emag yet to check the rod length. Once i get to do that i'll post up my findings

Try taking the battery completely off the marker and then one again try firing with it off. Also check the bolt spring and see what color it is. You may also have an on/off pin that is too long. If I'm not mistaken an Rt pin within an emag is way way too long. I'll put an rt pin in my emag tomorrow when I'm at the field and see if I can duplicate the problem ur having.

I completely forgot to try it. I left myself a post it note in my car to try it tomorrow. We were super swamped with walk ons at the field today. (I work daily at an indoor field)

I will post as soon as I try it.

Ok well I took the on/off pin out and snapped some pictures. Just waiting for Wife to email them to me so I can post them up.

How the hell do you get the sear assembly out? Was going to take a look at the rod length but couldn't figure out how to get it off of the solenoid.

KK and Automags don't seem to get along

For future reference, there is a C-clip on the solenoid core just below the threaded rod and nut. Once you pull that straight off, the sear will slide out. Unless you see a rounded edge on the sear where the bolt is supposed to catch, sear condition probably isn't the issue. What was the gap behind the trigger rod and the trigger when the marker is aired up? Did you ever check your input pressure or velocity adjustment?
