You also might not need to use any Lvl 10 shims at all for it to work properly. I use a gold spring in my Retro Valve with no shims for my Lvl 10 and it works flawlessly. Not to make things more confusing or anything.

The only 'work' I did with my Lvl 10 was setting it up how I read Tuna said to do it once. Just use the smallest carrier that will slide relatively easily on the powertube, yet won't let the bolt fall off if you tip it upsidee down. Fire a few hundred shots of air through it to allow the o-rings to expand and make sure the bolt re-sets. No mas. Course for alot of people it doesn't go that easy.

You could pull your r/t on-off out and stick it into your classic valve and see how you like the pull.
As has been mentioned, it is so ridiculously crisp it's unbelievable. Unshaven, too.

On both my classic valve and my retro the bolt sticks a bit when the spring pushes the bolt all the way flush with the valve body. is this normal?
