Grips drilled for banjo bolts?

I want a single trigger grip frame and found a good deal.

Problem is, it is drilled for a banjo bolt. I have a standard X-Valve and a Classic Valve. The Classic is my primary set up. Would that affect anything? Should I get a different grip frame?

As-is, the frame will not work on your 'mag. The banjo bolt on the original RTs is significantly wider than the field strip screw on every other 'mag. AGD did make a special bushing that would essentially convert any RT grip frame to fit the smaller field strip screw of any of their other markers, but i don't know if they still have any available. I would call AGD and try to track down the bushing before buying an RT grip frame.

I think I'll just find a different grip frame... seems more practical.

Thanks for saving me time and money though.

The grip will work. I used classic RT grip on a mag for a few years and had zero issues. Talk to Tracy over at PTP. They still sell spacers to install into classic RT grips if your that worried about it. THE GRIP WILL WORK AS IS!!!

If you want, I can take pics.

If you buy one, just make sure you get the one you need. They sell 2 types, a rail bushing type and a none rail bushing type. I think I paid $6-8 shipped for 2 of them.

My Z grip is the same way. Drilled for classic r/t but it still works perfectly fine on my RT pro rail with a retro valve. Instead of ordering a spacer you can also do like one of my friends and use a lvl powertube spacer to fill in the hole.

Well the whole reason why I wanted a single trigger was for my Palmers + Co2 set up, but the Stabilizer fits fine with my double trigger so I see no reason to currently replace it. Maybe down the road, but I'm done spending money for a bit.

I use a Gryp Styx frame for an RT on my Classic. All you need is a piece of copper pipe cut to size to fit around the rail bushing.
