The "sluggo" bodies were just semi finished tubes.

Rogue's wont be made by AGD so they really wont be the same, im sure they wont be bad but they still arent an AGD body.

Alot of money for an unfinished tubular body..thats all i can say.

Yes, the slug bodies are blank slates. BYO-Milling :)

Actually, AGD is doing (or contracting ) the manufacture of the bodies so they will indeed be genuine AGD products with their warranty.
This is from later posts in the AO thread.

Please excuse a newbie question but can someone post a pic or link to a pic of what these Sluggo bodies look like? I tried the search and the only two pics I could find were something rather Dune Spiceworm looking and the other a rather sqare block of metal with some basic milling.

So just what would I be getting if I was to buy into a Sluggo body?

Bow to my google-fu (actually it was on the first page of a google search on agd slug)

Hmmm.... I think I'll just keep an eye open for a ULE body. I can see the appeal in the rough blank but I really don't need another project right now and also by the time you buy the body and get the anodizing done it would be pretty pricey. Doubly so if you pay someone to do the milling.

hmm...

neat, but only neat... i've always though one of the charms of automags is the fact that it's a tube with a gripframe :P

But then you have the MicroMag tugging on your heart strings.

Seems like there have always been different types of Mag users. I also like them for their simplicity.

I DO enjoy watching people that like their mags milled, electric or air triggered. Sorta like watching someone eat their steak with catchup. :D :LMAO:
