Plug ID

old style plug or new style plug?
I've been staring at comparison plugs for 10 minutes and I can't tell the difference.

Old style plug. The new parabolic style are a little bit longer and have a continuous curve. Yours has a flat spot in the curve indicating old style.

Hah, looks like a new plug to me. Other than having one in hand, this pic is pretty easy to compare.

If the picture Spider posted is indeed true... it would appear you have a newer style.

The way I've always been able to tell them apart is that on the part where you're holding it in the photos, on the old style, the sides are flat, on the new style, the sides are curved in (like what you have there). If that makes sense.
