I've been planning to do that, too, but I'm going to get a second Classic rail to cut first - sometimes I run that Mag with a 3.5oz vertical and a JCS stock on it, and I'd like to have the rail full length in the back in that case because the valve would have its normal reg on it. There's also some material at the front of the rail and part of the body I've been considering taking off but again I'm not going to do that until I get a second body

What I've discovered is an incredibly fun setup is using that Mag as it's pictured but with a CCI feedgate stuck onto the powerfeed and running cram 'n' jam-style 10rds in it. I did that at a scenario on Labour Day and it was just an amazing little gun to play with.

That's a fun setup with any gun. I'm glad to hear it's not so outlandish

im chopped mine with a dremel, and am angling off the back from the edge of the frame to the place where the valve cap goes, it doesnt look too bad, still got alot to do though

What exactly does this mod do? I figure with the back reg off, you'd could run this with unregged air right? I'm pretty sure you could run a Mag at 200 psi with this right?

It's not going to change the operating pressure of the marker. It just lets you relocate the regulator that gets you to that pressure from tank output levels.

im still dremeling it away, probably gonna smooth the front near the VA, that rail was beat to hell when i got it, so i wasnt too worried bout it. its a fun project thats for sure
