It is indeed the feed out off of the sa 17. Lopped of the power feed and cut down the sight rail.

link to his thread shortbow

buddy of mine did it because I begged him to do something like this mag

Is it just me or does it look like that feed will also accept a hopper?
Also how exatly did you attach it to the mag?

err perhaps you could work out a way to mount a small gravity hopper in the feed hole used for reloading just have to plug the front and rotate the feed plug. It works great as a warp feed though.

He lopped off the powerfeed, trimmed down the rail and mounted a small piece of rail to the lowered portion. The Sa17 feed is rail mounted so it slides right on once you get the height right.

Also I have no idea how I would fit it to the rt mag body.

Idealy I would like something I can easily dump 30-50 rnds in. And if possible I would like to have it be moterized.
Box feed using Halo internal and just mounted it to the rail?

Whiskey two-four makes a low-profile loader for SC phantom bodies, so maybe you can ask him if he can make one like it for your mag?

Paintball - Cheap Paintball Guns, Gear and Paintball Equipment Mags go for $30 not sure if you can find them for less anywhere. The magazine slides onto a standard picatinny rail. I attached a picatinny rail to the cut down site rail with just 1 screw and its holding fine.Personally i really like these magazines. The one I got is really easy to turn and reloading isn't bad. Not so fond of how the last two balls just sort of fall into the breech instead of being pushed in. And unlike older pistol magazines that are one milled piece these come apart nicely and lend themselves very easily to modding, can you say Thadapter and 20rd feed?

ok, I dont have a sight rail so I will have to try and sort out a way of mounting a rail to the body. But I like that sa17 mag, it could be spring feed or a small hopper... Can more of the spring feeds be bought separate from the mounting unit?

Far as I have seen you can only get the whole system. There is also no way to hold the paint in the magazine tube, as in no detent or other system.
