So here is the situation:

I have had my classic mag for about 6 months now, and up until this point is has worked beautifully. My current set up is a classic mag, with classic valve and level 7 bolt. I usually run an invert too hopper on it (motor setting: 2 mic setting: 2 feedstack monitoring on). Last weekend i tried out some RPS premium, which is bigger than most paint i had used, and it started double feeding and chopping like a mad man. I coul not go half a hopper without a double feed/barrel break/chop. Anyone know if this sounds like a mechanical problem or just that i need some more durable paint?

EDIT: Oh yea and it has been short stroking more than usual.

Check your detent maybe?

Agree with Pif, your double feeding may have more to do with your detent not being able to overcome your hopper. If you have a wire detent, then you may want to try bending it more into the barrel. If it's the plastic kind, you may just need a new one. Also, check your barrel o-rings and make sure they're still there and holding the detent.

If those are all good, is there a way to set your Invert Too to a more sensitive setting?

Wow i am just dumb, never thought about the detent, I just went to go bend the metal one a bit more and apparently it was a bit rusty. Cause it just broke, well im gonna have to go find a new one, and it was definately the problem, premium is SUPER small

easy fix.....anyone have nubbins for TonOfun?? anyone? I have no spares.
But i will next week,just paid for a classic mag and 5 barrels SHIPPED 61 duckets!

You can buy the wire nubbins on Ebay for about $10 in a pack of 3 IIRC.
Check them out, the metal ones outlast the plastic 2:1
