ProConnect III on x-valve =/= and issue on on/off

Well in my quest today in tuning my X-valve mags I found out that the ProConnect III remote doesn't give enoufh airflow to feed a mag. What gave me that conclusion was after hooking my tank directly on the asa it didnt had that issue anymore.

Now after I think I tuned my lvl10 right I got other issue

Issue:
On-off jammed making me need to unscrew air tank for the x-valve to reset. Either on-off or it is the sear but I will check tonight if it rounded.
Inconsistant velocity in 40fps variable(not going above 260too)
Didn't had chops with 300ball shot so I guess I properly tuned my lvl10.

Any tips on fixing this?

Make sure your rail has a bushing

Only tighten the rear thumb screw finger tight

Minimum 850 psi output tank

I've run Pro-Connect 3's for years on my xvalved mags. Are you sure you have it pointing in the right direction?

I've use Proconnect 1 and 2's on my mags for years. NOt going to say that I don't take 'some' performance hurt from them, but it's never been an issue for me. I always put the barb on the valve and that seems to work.

guess I should look at my sear too, I've been having trouble with the on/off not resetting. Its such a pain in the ***, that and my gun fires every time I turn the air on as well. Kind of odd.

Hold the trigger down when you air it up. Should solve the shooting on air up issue.

I fixed my on/off issue. For future reference, my trigger rod wasn't pushing the sear high enough to hit the on/off. I'm using a UMF so it took a fair bit of fine tuning.

Solution: take out valve, hold down the back of the sear (that contacts the on/off) with an allen key or something. Pull the trigger, make sure the sear goes all the way up.

I had to adjust the trigger stops several times to get it right.
