Where can I buy a wave spring?

Where does one purchase a wave spring for a pump mag. I have been told to replace the one I have in my gun.

Thanks,
Jim

They fail funny. My son's would break off a quarter of a turn at a time. He had an old bolt spring, and by the second or third time it was getting erratic and unplayable. It's best to just keep one around if you want to keep pumping.

What's going on with the marker? Those wave springs are pretty damn tough. Unless it broke or you have a good 20 cases through the marker with the same wave spring, it's probably something else.

Is the marker constantly in semi or?

I can't recall who makes those springs (the company's name) right now but a few years ago, if you sent them an e-mail asking for some samples they would send you 3 or 4 for free. That should be enough for almost a lifetime of Mag pump playing.

Smalley is the spring company, I don't remember the number.

yeah...I've seen that, probably in an airline magazine. It's just money I guess. Better than the coil spring shoes they used to advertise.
