First I apologize for not searching but Im at my field I have he smallest carrier and the longest spring. This has produced the least amount of air leaking down the barrel. But its still leaking. Any suggestions?

smallest carrier you say? Does it leak when you hold the trigger? Have you added enough oil? the carrier o-ring might just be dry. oh, and make sure you didn't put the carrier in backwards... I've done that before the inner white o-ring should face the rear of the valve.otherwise, you might just need a new carrier inner-oring.. which of course would require some break-in. Is this a new o-ring? Might just need oil and a bunch of dry-firing to break-in.

Its a used kit, so its most likely the oring is bad. Im gonna air it up tommorow and work on it, if i dont get results, im gonna order some orings. Thanks for the quick response!

Quick tuning instructions: Remove all LVL 10 shims. Pick 1 carrier o-ring and stick with it. Use oil. Use #2 carrier (2 lines, no dots, or largest one you have). Shoot 1000 shots to break in o-ring. Move broken-in o-ring to largest carrier that doesn't leak. Use red spring for 285 fps. Use longer spring for higher velocity or to be more gentle (fragile paint), shorter spring for lower velocity or to be less gentle (thicker shell). If bolt sticks after encountering a jam, add a shim.

How do you tell size of carriers? Is it the more grooves there are the smaller it is?

A groove on the side of the carrier indicates a full size. A dot (there will be several around the perimiter, but only 1 counts) indicates a half size. Lower is smaller. Robertsr has a picture of the size chart, but I can't seem to find it at the moment.

when you swap carriers be sure to use the same carrier o-ring (unless you know for sure that the o-ring is shot)
