Missing On/Off part?

I'm hesitant to say i'm missing an on/off part as what i have doesn't look like a regular On/Off (from what i can tell.....)

I *am* missing an on/off top right?

I think that's the top to a Reactor on/off... And the bottom piece is missing...

I replied to your AO post as well...

It looks like a "Reactor Valve" which was an aftermarket on/off. You needed to take parts from your existing on/off to make it work. So there's a bottom piece missing. I have one at home but I'm not there now so I can't tell you what the correct orientation is.

That's not the part that's missing. The part that's missing is the bottom part, it's just a flat disk with a home in the middle.

Well it is the part thats missing, its just not the stock part.

This is the stock part :

On/Off Top

The one on Ebay is actually an upgraded on/off top.

The holes in the top piece he does have make me think he doesn't need another top

Thats because the piece he has (its actually the bottom piece) is an aftermarket part.

Heres a stock one:

On/Off Bottom

I took the liberty of digging through my parts box. Here is a picture of a Reactor on/off next to a stock Automag on/off. The orientation is correct...

Here is a scan of the instruction sheet. Clicking on the thumbnail will take you to the full size scan. The part he has is the one the instructions label as "TOP", and the part he is missing is the part labeled in the instructions as "BOTTOM"...

What I posted is from the manufactorers website. They call the part he is missing the top, and the part he has , the bottom. I am well aware of how it goes into the valve, the part he is missing does go down. But Airgun Designs says the bottom is the top, and the top is the bottom. They named the parts so what you gonna to do ? I dunno, I'll just go by how they have them named.
