Pushed on bolt face. No go.

Ran up velocity, no go.

No powder coat on any of the contact surfaces for the valve.

Are you out of air? There isn't a problem with the body if the clearances are right. You don't know how to have more than one valve in disrepair, so it's not a valve issue.
The z-groove isn't wallowed out, is it?
Barring all else, maybe the gun hasn't found the right valve for it.

2000 PSI on my high flow tank.

The z groove looks good. I'll try some smaller sizers in the original valve.

Is it possible the leak is between the powertube and the body of the valve?
What level is the valve?
Does the valve that vents work in another body?

Ando wins the e-cookie.

Looks like only one mag valve in the world likes this body, and that's the original. I went all the way down to a .215 spacer, and it cycles.

Thanks for all the great suggestions guys. I'll snap a picture of the now working mag and post it in a few minutes.

That's hot, dude! Glad you got it figured out, I'd hate to see that good-lookin' chunk of aluminum in a recycle bin somewhere.
