Single Trigger Frame Options

As the title says, I am trying to figure out what my options are...

I really want to try and find an 86* or 90* single trigger frame but I think my only option is going to be a CCM 86* and have a slot milled out for the sear pin(?).

I like the Y grip but can't stand double trigger frames. So if anyone has any that I haven't thought of please let me know.

Cheers,

Edit: See Post #6 for new topic description, Thanks everyone.

No, it doesn't have to be new, just looking to see if there any single trigger frames in "Y/90/86" style.

I looked at that 32* frame on ebay. Looks good, might have to post a WTB and see what people on here have.

I have found it's pretty easy to mod a cocker frame to fit, so basically anything you like should work.

Okay so I am now searching for a single trigger frame in any angle that won't require custom work (would prefer something metal but light).

I have seen a lot of posts about people saying the powerlyte frames, specifically the trigger was junk...

Also what is the opinion on the Benchmark .45's? Is the only difference between the Pro and Regular the two piece pivot trigger?

Opinions on some of the best quality? I have been searching for used single triggers for a few weeks now and they almost never show up lol. I might have to buy new from PTP or one of the 32* ones (I would prefer PTP despite the cost)

*Hope this wasn't a necro, just didn't think it needed a new thread *

The powerlyte frames are great. They seem to use the same trigger design as PTP, because the Powerlyte frames have a smooth but a little longer pull.

I'm not sure about the difference in PTP triggers other than the one piece triggers have less slap than the older triggers that used a seperate trigger shoe.

Quality is all the same for the most part. The 32* frames are copies of the Dye single trigger frames for mags. You also have to use your stock composite trigger on the 32* frames unless they come with a trigger. Those frames have a pull similar to the stock frame, very short and crisp.

Personally, I would get a single Benchmark frame with a one piece trigger. That plus a ULT with its shortest pin makes a good combination.

I like Benchy frames. That said, I didn't mind the 32* frame a bit. They don't come with hardware, but that and a safety can all be had from AGD inexpensively.
